Im not doin good in scool n’ my mom is ~losin faith

can you believe it? shes actually the one that says that im ~a disgrace

to my face in that case ill chase my dreams at a ~ different pace...

cuz its just not ~her place

to tell me if im smart or to tell me if ~im dumb

cuz we use to argue til our fukin lips ~turned numb

or until the police would come, until ~she was done

yappin her fuckin mouth, cuz the only thing she ~cares about

is putting me down and turnin my smile ~upside down

into a frown cuz shes the opposite of ~a clown

cuz clowns is suppose to make you ~smile

and i know damn well i havent felt that fukin way in ~a while

and homie she told im a loser, growin up to ~be a bum

not knowin im fukin growin to be ~number one

her son has suddenly had enough of bein ~ruffed up, mentally

so that means ill definately be cuffed up ~eventually

but the tension she dubbed me wasnt ~that lovely

but it was a test ment to represent how much she~ really loved me

School is cool if you’re shining and placed on top

But for those who are considered dumb of course its not

Don’t worry classmates coz in life it aint only in school that were learnin

We’ll find our own glories on the road for tha ambitions that were yearnin

Good grades is what I should get in order to pay my gratitude’s

But sorry Ma that aint my attitude but you know I do got aptitude

School gives me feud in this family n I always get the blame

Its not fare its insane coz I at first I never wanted to be on stage wit fame

Call me dumb call me lame, but I know tha points I need to be serious wit

Submittin of outputs I neva quit n neva tha hell in my card id get a lipstick

I neva allowed red to mark it coz I do my best to reach expectations

You do have hesitations but please be considerate coz ive got tribulations

As your only son, a student and as an ordinary human bein

Ive got so much obligations n one of em is reimbursin tha gifts uve been givin

And its hard for me to cope up at times coz my mind aint like Einstein’s

I just love to write rhymes and let me clear sh8t out I don’t lack enzymes

I aint that timid or lazy I just don’t feel like this is tha time for me

To get all tha attention n ovation and have critics n detractors in envy

I give you my word that one day ud see me excel n surpass others

For now I wont be a contender so just consider me as one of “the anothers”

Ive got the motivation, im never deficient in my lessons n class participation

But sorry if I fail you now coz maybe this year I wont be an honorable mention
